Location - Beach and Bay offers precisely what its name suggests! Located precisely between the front and back beaches of the Mornington Peninsula in a quiet area of Blairgowrie. This ideal family holiday destination is only 600 metre stroll to Spray Point walking track which leads to a spectacular lookout point, Koonya Ocean Beach with rock pools, and Montforts Beach; or a leiseurely 15-minute walk to the tranquil waters of the Bay and peaceful setting of the Blairgowrie foreshore. Also close by is the locally beloved Koonya General Store and cafe only 5 minutes' walk from the house and on the way to the Bay.
Kitchen facilities - The hall opens onto the heart of the home: open plan kitchen with dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove top, large oven, plenty of pots and pans, a coffee pod machine, and pantry items; a large dining setting for 10 with a long rustic timber table and upholstered chairs.
Living Spaces - Beyond the expansive kitchen island and breakfast bench with seating for four, is the main lounge area with big comfy couches, flat screen TV and a wall of bi-fold glazing that opens the space onto the very private back yard with sheltered north-facing alfresco dining, BBQ, lounge chairs, landscaped garden with lush green lawn and citrus trees. There are also two more lounge areas, one with TV and the other perfect to recline and read or to catch up on some emails–Yes, we have free Wifi.

Master Suite: The front door opens into the long hallway with large master bedroom immediately to the right with King bed, TV, WIR, and ensuite with large shower, double handbasin, and separate toilet.
2nd Bedroom: with Queen bed.
3rd Bedroom: with Queen bed.
4th Bedroom - 2 x King Single beds.
Bathroom facilities - Off the main lounge is the rear hall which leads to the main bathroom with shower, bath, vanity, and separate toilet; the large, open powder room with huge mirror; a laundry with washer, dryer and access to the side yard with fruiting passionfruit vines along the fence.
Comfort - Other benefits of the home include ducted heating and air conditioning throughout, with linen and towels provided.
