The pool is heated from the start of November to the end of March.
Please be aware that the Mornington Shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
The Space:
Enjoy incredible indoor/outdoor living spaces beside the large deck and swimming pool area in the very private backyard. A fire-pit retreat is tucked away behind the house, making it nicely sheltered, and is set up with ample outdoor bench seating to enjoy an evening beneath the stars. Gas BBQ, outdoor 5-seater lounges with large retractable sun-unbrella, and sheltered alfresco dining for 8-10 people complete the outdoor zone which is adjoined through enormous sliding doors to a stylish open-plan living space.
Smart TV with Netflix and chrome cast, Sonos sound system with a portable speaker, and the Gas log fireplace make creating an inviting atmosphere easy.
Cooking is an absolute pleasure with Miele kitchen appliances, integrated dishwasher, Fisher and Paykel fridge with ice/water function, butler's pantry, and huge kitchen island with 4 bar stools for gathering around during meal prep. Provided are also all the staples you'd need such as pantry basics, kettle, toaster, microwave and much loved Nespresso coffee machine.
Sleeping configurations:
- Bedroom 1: Study: Double Sofa bed - only suitable for a child.
- Bedroom 2: 2 x Single bunks.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed.
- Bedroom 4: Queen bed and desk.
- Bedroom 5: Master Retreat: King bed, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and double basin, walk-in-robe, and private deck.
- Portacot and highchair available.
Main bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin, and separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.
-Although the property can sleep up to 11 guests, numbers and suitability are at the discretion of the managers.
All linen and bath towels are provided; beach/pool towels are not provided.
Centrally located to both bay and ocean beaches, short drive to Blairgowrie shops and Rye pier.
Long-term rentals are welcome.
No pets allowed.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
