The Main Lounge, next to the dining area, has a great big corner lounge beneath floor-to-ceiling glazing, two arm chairs beside the fireplace stocked with wood, and a wall mounted TV. Nearby games room with a billiards table also has a generously comfortable couch.
Outside lounging options include: fully sheltered deck with wicker armchairs overlooking the expansive lawn with sun lounges; fully sheltered balcony with high-ball stools lined up against the length of the counter-top railing, as well as a couch & coffee table; Alfresco area with dining table and BBQ; and the poolside with 6 sun lounges with umbrellas.

The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals.
