Outdoor Highlights: Make a splash in the resort sized inground solar-heated swimming pool, spark some friendly competition in the games house with billiards table and table tennis, bounce it out in the springfree fully-enclosed trampoline, or simply while away the day lounging on the outdoor furniture and lush lawn in the secure yard.
Indoor Highlights: beachy-chic and spacious throughout, quality and comfort in all the bedrooms including reverse-cycle air conditioning in each, all the thoughtful touches of home and a great open plan layout ideal for family holidays, and enjoyable all year round with reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating throughout.
Kitchen: cook up a storm in the very user-friendly kitchen kitted out with everything one might need, including 5-burner gas stove-top and large oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, all the kitchen- and cook-ware needed, and lots of lovely counter space for gathering around while meals are being prepped, along with 4 high-ball stools at the kitchen island breakfast bench.
Dining Options: seat 12 at the dining table inside, 4 stools by the kitchen-island breakfast-bench, outdoor dining on a table for 10 in the fully-sheltered alfresco wing, and enjoy nibbles on the outdoor setting with lounges and coffee table.
Linen: all linen and towels provided.
Entertainment: WiFi, Smart TV in the lounge are with plenty of comfy couches and large sliding door access to the patio and yard.
Parking: free parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.
Sleeping Configurations:
Master Bedroom with King bed, window shutters, ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning, ensuite with shower, hand basin and toilet.
2nd Bedroom with Queen bed and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
3rd Bedroom with Queen bed and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
4th Bedroom with 2 x Tri-Bunks (single with double over), sleeps 6, window shutters, and reverse-cycle air conditioning.
The Main Bathroom has a bath, separate shower, hand basin and toilet. And enjoy the convenience of a laundry with washer.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that affect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
