This light filled 3 bedroom house has 2 living areas, a covered deck with BBQ and a large back yard. Situated in a quiet street only a 10 min walk to the front beach, shops and cafes of Rye village.

This fully equipped and stylishly-decorated home is an ideal location all year round. Enjoy a Summer breeze by extending the open plan living space onto the sheltered alfresco deck - perfect for enjoying BBQ lunches. Or lounge on the lower deck and gaze at the stars on a clear night. If the heat gets to be too much you can blast the reverse-cycle air-conditioner which quickly cools the whole house. And in Winter, toast your toes in front of the fire, relax on the very comfortable couch, order take out from one of the many great restaurants in the area and enjoy a movie with Google Chrome Cast. If the kids aren't interested in your choice of entertainment they can always take charge of the second lounge room with couch, TV and a stack of board games, DVDs, jigsaws, and books to choose from. Also free Wifi is available for guests.
There are bedding options to sleep different combinations of guests; please inquire at the time of booking as beds can be made into Kings or Singles. All beds have quality, very comfortable mattresses, linen, pillows, doonas and extra blankets. Ducted heating keeps the entire house comfortable on even the coldest nights.
The kitchen has a large double oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker and sandwich press. The dining space has setting for 6-8 people, while on the rear sheltered deck is dining for 6, and a 4-burner BBQ in the back yard.
There are two bathrooms: the main with shower, large bath, hand basin and separate toilet; the second bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet. Basic toiletries are provided. An external laundry has a washing machine and dryer and houses the cushions for the sun lounges. There is also an outdoor shower in the back yard for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Rye Serenity and Style is only a 10 minute drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs, several world-class golf courses and the patrolled Gunnamatta Surf Beach. Sorrento village is 15 minute drive with access to the Queenscliff ferry terminal and whale and dolphin watching tours.
Pets are considered on a request basis only and if approved, small to medium sized dogs are welcome to enjoy the secure, generous backyard; please provide your pet's bedding and food containers. If bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $55.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
A very comfortable well stocked home in a great location. Gorgeous outdoor area - great for families - along with a good array of games for everyone. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking to get away in a home away from home. We will be back.

This was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed at!! The pictures do NOT do it justice It had everything you needed and so much more. The indoor fire place was definitely a main highlight & also the comfortable beds. Despite it being winter, there were extra blankets, a warm heater & the fire place which made everything so cozy. So thoughtful with the arrival to a bottle of wine and Tim Tams also! I would highly recommend & would return back. David was also friendly & fast to communicate with.
This place is awesome. The beds are so comfortable. The garden is so spacious well maintained, and secure for pets to run free. All amenities are great too, I loved the wine glasses!
