The house is located in a quiet leafy street and has ample room for a large family, offering 5 bedrooms (2 x Queen, 2 x Double, 1 x Tri-Bunk), 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, fireplace, 2 lounge areas, and alfresco dining overlooking the large lawn area.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay & the behaviour & activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don't comply.
The Space:
Shoreham Holidays is nestled in a quiet leafy green street just a short 10 min stroll to Pinesbeach and some truly spectacular ocean lookouts. Red Hill, Flinders and Balnarring are nearby and in the immediate area there are many attractions such as Wineries, Food delights and Foreshore Parks.
The house is set back on a large property shaded by native trees and with lots of lawn space for the whole family to enjoy. Feel instantly welcome in the inviting and spacious front living, dining and kitchen space with beautiful timber floors, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, and plenty of natural light through the many windows with tranquil views of the surrounding garden.
Thoughtfully laid out with the kitchen island and 4 stool breakfast bench overlooking the dining for 8 people and front lounge beyond. So the whole family can get together in the evening while meals are being prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, pots & pans, cutlery & crockery.
At the back of the house is a very cozy and private second lounge with kitchenette, wood fired heater, large TV with Sonos sound, Apple TV, and access to the elevated rear deck overlooking the peaceful back yard with secure section for pets. The sheltered deck has alfresco dining for 6-10 people on the extendable outdoor setting.
Spread out comfortably with 5 bedrooms in total - 2 x queen, 2 x double and a Tri bunk (double with a single on top).
The main bathroom has a shower and a bath and there is a second bathroom with shower.
Reverse Cycle A/C in both front and rear sections and a cosy wood fired heater to curl up in front of on cooler nights.
There's even a 32AMP plug fitted at the front for the ability to quickly charge electric cars as well as ample room to park a boat.
Free Wifi.
This property is Pet Friendly and if bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $55.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

Place is sparkling clean and modern. It has a great entertainment system and wood fire plus hand lots of soap and hand sanitiser provided! In a nice quiet location, walking distance to the beach.

David's house is fabulous, so many rooms, perfect for a group or large family. Very clean and fresh. A lovely quiet location with bird life surrounding. Highly recommend.

David's house was fantastic for our family weekend. Everyone got their own room - my parents, my brothers and wives and their kids. It was clean, spacious - and the kids got their own sitting room with the tv while the grown ups had the front living area. Everyone was happy! Easy check in and great communication. Just perfect.

Spacious house. Excellent location. Had everything we wanted including a trolley to lug things to the beach, and a couple of spare boogy boards (which were much enjoyed!).

Lovely home in a great location. Comfy beds, clean towels and linen provided. Plenty of heating for cold nights too.
