The home serves as a perfect base for exploring Rye and its coastal surroundings, located just 2 km from No.16 Beach and 2.4 km from Rye Bay Beach.
There are four furnished bedrooms, each offering comfortable bedding, clothing storage, and blackout blinds for an uninterrupted sleep. The master bedroom and bedroom four have queen beds, while the other two bedrooms feature double beds. The family bathroom includes a bath and shower, and there is a separate powder room. The ensuite features a shower, toilet, basin, shower essentials, and towels.
