Peninsula Paradise in Blairgowrie
Set back on a service road behind a high gate and lovingly landscaped garden, sits a very private slice of paradise where guests will be met by a complimentary welcome gift of sparkling wine. With 3 Bedrooms open plan living, delightful views of the surrounding gardens, and fully sheltered alfresco dining, this holiday home offers no-fuss peace and comfort.
Please be aware that the Mornington shire has strict guidelines that effect holiday rentals. These include restricting who can stay and the behaviour and activities of guests while occupying holiday rentals. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that we feel don’t comply.
The Space:
Tri-fold front doors lead into the open plan living with Large wall mounted TV, dining for 4, and huge kitchen island. The Kitchen is very chic with countryside decor, double-door stainless steel fridge, Greville Espresso machine with grinder and steam wand for frothing milk, microwave, 5-burner gas cooktop and oven, dishwasher, and loads of quality kitchenware. There is also a Geneva Acustica Blue Tooth speaker set up in the living space to liven up meal times and hanging out in the cool shade of the alfresco patio and fully sheltered table tennis area beyond.
Ceiling fans, Mitsubishi reverse-cycle air conditioner, and Rinnai heater keep the living area comfortable while two lots of tri-fold glass doors open the entire space to the shaded pergola area with large timber dining set for 8-10 people, surrounded by lush landscaping with a tropical flair. Just around the corner down the back of the house is a gate to close off the patio area - perfect for wandering toddlers.
At the far end of the house are the three bedrooms, main bathroom with shower, separate bath, hand basin and toilet; and the laundry with washing machine, dryer and access to the clothes line outside.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed, black out blinds, views of garden.
Bedroom 2 has King Bed, black out blinds, ceiling fan, views of garden.
Bedroom 3 has Single Bed with Trundle, children’s toys, and views of garden.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings. If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.

A second to non experience in such a lovely holiday house
by MichaelThis holiday house provided with everything we need. It has a convenient location with only few minutes drive to shops, cafes and beach. It is super clean and convenient. The host prepared everything we need for cooking and living (we had a little baby and grandparents were with us as well), and also a bottle of champaign free of charge! The entertainment facility is also full of fun, with a table tennis at the garage next to the covered backyard. There is also a beautiful garden at the front and our baby loves it so much. It\'s really a second to non experience and we will definitely book again next time.
