Good location, family friendly home
S - 4th February 2025Great place to stay with a young children, featuring many toys and play equipment in the backyard. It's only a three-minute drive to Rye Beach and nearby restaurants. Good host and prompt communication.

Great backyard with swing, slide and trampoline for the kids!! Coastal Holidays was great to deal with and flexible.

The house was a great size, cozy but plenty of room for 2 families and kids. Clean, tidy and easy! Close to local shops and beach. Would stay again!

Close drive to front and back beaches The house is clean and had everything we needed, great playing space in the yard for kids to play and a trampoline, would stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely home, freshly renovated. Almost everything in the house was brand new. Kids loved the outside playground and trampoline. Beautiful touches with welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates. Would recommend it.
