A solar-heated pool surrounded by a huge private entertainer's deck is positioned perfectly in the centre of the property, flanked by 3 walls of the home making it delightfully sheltered and private. North-easterly facing windows in the main living space mean the winter sun floods the house from morning through to evening sunsets - perfect for entertaining with drinks and a BBQ!

Cosy up to the indoor fireplace at night with large wrap-around couch, TV, family-sized dining table–indoor and outdoor dining table options–spacious kitchen with bar stools, music system, drinks trolley and wine buffet all set and ready for dinner parties.

The Pool is Solar Heated and although this is effective in the warmer months of November to March there is no real heating effect from approximately April to October as it relies upon the longer and warmer days for the solar system to effectively heat.

The Area:

Florence House is ideally located on the border of Rye & Blairgowrie in a quiet, secluded street. Explore the Peninsula with Sorrento main street hub to your left, Red Hill wineries to your right, and St Andrews Beach behind you. You'll be in the centre of it all! Close enough to the hustle and bustle, but far enough away to enjoy a bit of peaceful and quiet.

Walk out the front door and stroll straight ahead for 15 minutes toward the picturesque Tyrone Foreshore lined with iconic colourful bathing boxes and calm flat waters of the bay. The back Beach is also close by where you'll be met with majestic vistas and spectacular waves ideal for surfers.

Turn left and walk to Blairgowrie cafes, restaurants, IGA, and all your essentials, or right to the Rye hub with all amenities.

Many of Mornington Peninsula's highlights are just a few minutes drive away - Peninsula Hot Springs, Cups Estate Winery–plus tonnes more wineries scattered across the Red Hill/Main Ridge area–St Andrews Brewery, World-class golf courses, Sorrento main street, etc. Whether on foot or by car, every direction you turn there is somewhere to explore!

This property is Pet Friendly and if bringing a pet there will be a one-off charge of $55.
