Set back from the street behind security gates with intercom, Oceans 84 offers privacy, convenient location, and has all the amenities of a modern home: comfortable furniture, modern appliances, and fantastic indoor/outdoor spaces enjoyable all year round. One of the best features of this home is the very unique dining deck and entertaining wing which takes alfresco dining to an entirely new level. The vaulted ceilings and light decor add to the open, airy atmosphere of this great space that not only has the necessary alfresco dining set up for 8 people, but also a hanging wicker chair & wicker sofa facing the large flat screen TV atop the gas-log fireplace. 6 panel glazed sliding doors opens onto the BBQ deck and 3-tier terraced backyard, creating the perfect space to lap up the beachside lifestyle.
As if the indoor/outdoor room wasn't enough, there is also an outdoor/indoor space! In the backyard there are bean bags and lounge chairs set up on a bed of sand kept nicely sheltered from the wind by glass walls and high fences so you can get maximum comfort and enjoyment out of the space. The outdoor fireplace is wood burning but has a flue so you can enjoy the ambience of a fire under the night sky without any smoke getting in your clothes. The front and back yard are also completely secure so the kids or pets can play freely without worry and the steps leading to the upper terraces are fenced off by a gate making the alfresco wing & patio safe for toddlers.
There is another gas-log fireplace in the open plan living/dining/kitchen space that instantly inspires a feeling of cosy intimacy and comfort: with a sofa by the fire and TV; dining for 6; and a well-designed kitchen with everything you might need including all the basics as well as dishwasher, chilled water tap, pantry items, and Nespresso Coffee Pod machine. Just off the main living space is an office with desk which can be closed off if peace and quiet is needed to concentrate. For holiday entertainment, as well as offering free WiFi, there are board games, DVDs, and outside and inside toys for the kids including a plastic bowling pin and ball set. Useful extras include a cot and high chair, washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, and extra pillows and blankets for your convenience. A combination of reverse-cycle air conditioning, gas-log fireplaces, ceiling fans, and central heating and cooling ensure comfort in any weather.
All 3 of the bedrooms have their own TV so there will never be arguments over what to watch! The Master bedroom has a King bed and ensuite with shower, hand basin, and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and bedroom 4 has 2 Singles. The Main Bathroom has a bathtub, shower, hand basin, and toilet.
Parking is a breeze with space enough for 2 cars in the driveway, as well as free off street parking if necessary.
