The open plan design seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with expansive windows and glass doors that open onto the sweeping balcony and outdoor entertaining area. The main lounge area has a fireplace, as does the outdoor lounge area and both spaces have TVs.
You have dining options for all weather and all occasions! The kitchen bench extends onto a breakfast table, beside the kitchen is a formal dining room, the balcony overlooking the ocean has a large dining table, as does the patio beside the pool. And if none of those options suit, you can always pack a picnic for the beach!
Pool & Beach Access
The gas heated swimming pool and spa provide the ultimate in relaxation, and with direct beach access, you can take a stroll on the sand or dip your toes in the water whenever you please.
The Master Wing is where luxury goes to relax: wake up to magnificent views of the ocean from a King-sized bed and enjoy your own double ensuite with poolside access. Also within the Master Wing is a spacious study complete with large desk, TV, fireplace lounge suite, and poolside access.
Downstairs, you'll find a games and cinema room, perfect for entertaining guests or unwinding after a long day at the beach. The games room has deck access and sand dune walking tracks leading to the beach, table tennis table and a fully equipped bar and poker room! The cinema room is large but cozy with low lighting, 3 comfy sofas, large TV and kitchenette.

There are 4 bedrooms:
Master bedroom with a King bed
Bedroom 2 with a Queen

Bedroom 4 with a single bed and a single floor mattress.
There's no shortage of parking either. The property can accommodate 6 cars in the driveway. However, the garage is unavailable for guest use.
No Schoolies or Party style bookings.
If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
